Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders typically take about 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped.
  • Shipping: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Packaging

  • Your jewelry will be packaged in a cute box, adorned with ribbons, and accompanied by a black velvet pouch. This attention to detail not only protects your jewelry but also makes it a charming and ready-to-gift package, perfect for any special occasion.

Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and you can choose to run your transaction through our secure Shopify platform.  You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling). All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.  In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate.

Taxes

  • Canadian Customers: HST will be applied according to your provincial rate.
  • American and International Customers: You are responsible for any taxes and import duties imposed by your respective countries. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be determined by your local customs office.
