For online purchases, any returns must be sent directly to Sharva at the sender's expense and must be in the same condition as when it was sold to you. The product must have the tag attached; otherwise, it will not be accepted. We will accept returns if they are postmarked within 10 days of receiving your shipment for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that we do not accept returns after 10 days. Additionally, all sales on discounted jewelry are final. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
